These heavenly Bath Salts are the perfect luxury after a long day or an intense workout, as a healing mineral soak with essential oils to calm and relax muscles, whilst invigorating the senses. The combination of Epsom Salt and Himalayan Salt creates a bath soak with the benefits of magnesium sulfate, from the Epsom Salt, plus the 84 trace minerals found in Himalayan Salt. Add 30-60ml bath salts to running water. Soak for 10-20 minutes for beneficial use.
