Are you a supplier with a product or gift range that you think would be a great fit for us? At Nifty Gifts, we're always on the lookout for great new goodies to expand our range. We'd love to hear from you!
Before you reach out, please take the time to read the following information and make sure to include all the required details in your submission.
To proceed with your application, you'll need to submit the following:
- A product catalogue/presentation or clear photographs of your product(s). Also, you must include photographs of the product packaging.
- Wholesale pricelist (showing VAT exclusive prices) and Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs) for each product.
- Minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times.
- Estimated delivery fees to our warehouse in Stellenbosch.
- Where your products are currently sold, particularly online stores.
- A brief introduction to your business and what makes you think your product(s) will be a good fit for us.
When contacting us, please keep the following in mind:
- Be realistic when setting your RRPs. Your prices should be competitive with similar products on the market. Also, please consider that we are VAT registered, so 15% of the RRP goes directly to the government and is not factored into our own margins. We have substantial overheads to consider, including warehouse costs, staff salaries, advertising and marketing fees, website hosting and payment processing fees, and courier charges.
- As a rule, we do not enter into drop-shipping agreements. We purchase stock outright from our suppliers and don't engage in consignment deals.
- We do not sell larger items such as furniture or high-value electronics or technology. Additionally, we are not licensed to sell alcohol or tobacco products.
- Take the time to familiarise yourself with our store and the kinds of products we sell to ensure your range would be a good fit.
