Note: We are NOT 'dropshippers' - All our stock is dispatched from our warehouse in Stellenbosch. That means quick local delivery and no surprise costs! See more below:

Delivery Option #1: Standard Delivery with DPD Laser or The Courier Guy

  • Standard door-to-door courier deliveries are made through DPD Laser couriers or The Courier Guy.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery area and will be displayed during checkout.

**Major centres include Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, Durban, East London, and Port Elizabeth.
***Limited service areas refer to remote towns, hamlets, farms in remote areas, border posts, and army bases.

We reserve the right to contact you if we need to validate your address or determine a different shipping zone if your details have been entered incorrectly. All charges must be settled before releasing your order to the courier.

Delivery Option #2: Express Delivery with DPD Laser

  • Overnight express delivery is available with DPD Laser couriers.
  • Currently, overnight orders can only be sent to certain areas of Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Pretoria.
  • Orders received before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day and delivered the next working day. NOTE: Orders received on Friday are delivered the following Monday.
  • Deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.
  • Charges for overnight delivery are as follows:

Delivery Times

  • We usually hand orders to the courier on the same or next working day, depending on what time you placed the order and the courier's schedule that day.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are handed to the courier on the next working day.

  • Standard courier deliveries to the greater Cape Town area take about 2 working days.

  • Deliveries to major centres outside Cape Town take 2-3 working days.

  • Regional areas may take up to 3-7 working days, and deep rural areas may take up to 7-10 working days.

  • You will receive a tracking number after the package has been collected by the courier, allowing you to track its progress on the courier's website.

  • Express courier deliveries follow the above-mentioned dispatch and delivery times.

Important Notes

  • Collection of packages is not available as we are an online-only store.
  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Stellenbosch.
  • We ship orders to any address in South Africa and do not offer overseas shipping.
  • During high volume periods, such as Christmas and Father's Day, there may be a slight delay in handing packages to the courier. Rest assured we will work as quickly as possible to get your goodies to you! 
  • If you choose to pay via Manual EFT, your order will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared into our account. This may cause a delay of up to three working days, depending on your bank.
