This product is super cozy and comfortable. Additionally, the lavender scent is subtle and not overpowering which I really like. However, the part of this wrap that is supposed to cover the nape flops down when it’s used in an upright seated position. I therefore, would like to suggest to the manufacturers, that in future designs they should consider making that part of the wrap more rigid. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend this product.

The bag is lovely however I feel the lining shouldnt be rigid 'plastic' but rather a 'softer' material.
