Payment & Delivery Information


We currently offer several secure payment options for you to choose from. 

Peach Payments: You can pay immediately using your bank card (debit or credit) or Instant EFT using Peach Payments, our secure third party payment processor. This is a completely safe payment option and nobody ever sees your payment details. 

Zapper: Zapper customers now have the option of paying securely using their Zapper account through their Zapper app.

Manual EFTIf you prefer, you can place your order and pay via a manual EFT through internet banking. There are some important things to note if you choose this option, however:

  • Once you click "Complete Order" an actual order is created for you which is locked in and cannot be changed. If you intend to add items to your order at a later date DO NOT attempt to order again. Rather finalise what you want BEFORE clicking "Complete Order".
  • We will email you our bank details as soon as you've clicked "Complete Order".
  • Please use these details to make your payment, using your order number as the reference. 
  • You must email proof of payment to the specified address to avoid delays in processing your order.
  • If we have not received proof of payment within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and the stock will no longer be reserved for you. 

Capitec customers please note: We do not accept Instant EFT payments through Peach Payments from Capitec customers due to the large volume of problems we have had with this particular bank. You can, however, pay using your Capitec bank card, or using Zapper or the Manual EFT option.


How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery to major centres is free for orders over R700! 

Delivery Option #1: Fastway Couriers

All door-to-door courier deliveries are made through Fastway couriers, and our shipping costs reflect their rates and tariffs based on your delivery area. Your shipping rate will be calculated automatically when you check out, based on the street code you enter with your shipping address.

* Cape Town and surrounds includes city suburbs but does not extend to Hout Bay, Somerset West, Fish Hoek, Sun Valley etc.

*** Deep rural areas Remote towns, hamlets, farms in remote areas,border posts and army bases. 

Please note that we reserve the right to contact you if we cannot validate your address and/or determine that your address falls into a different shipping zone. All charges need to be settled before we can release your order to the courier.

Delivery Option #2: Paxi (for collection at Paxi Points e.g. PEP, PEPCell and Shoe City stores)

Please Note: As of 23 November 2020 we have taken the decision to temporarily discontinue offering Paxi as a delivery option due to various logistical issues both internally and with the Paxi platform. We plan to re-introduce Paxi as a delivery option in early 2021. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We now offer Paxi delivery as an economy option (particularly for those living in rural or regional areas). You can opt to have your order sent to any store in the country that is a designated Paxi Point, where you will then be able to collect it. If you chose this option, we will send you an email asking you to confirm which PEP branch you'd like to use. Please note that we cannot dispatch your order until you have confirmed your choice of Paxi Point.

How long does delivery take? 

We usually hand orders to the courier on the same or next working day (though it may take up to 2-3 working days during high volume periods, like in November/December).

Please note: Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will generally be handed to the courier on the next working day. Our courier does not operate on weekends and public holidays and neither do we.

FOR FASTWAY COURIER DELIVERIES: Deliveries to the greater Cape Town area normally take place the next working day after collection by the courier. The courier takes 3-4 working days to deliver to major centres outside of Cape Town, and up to 5 working days to deliver to regional areas. In extreme cases, it may take up to 7-10 working days for your package to reach you if you live in a deep rural area.

Your tracking number will be sent to you after the package has been collected by the courier, and you'll be able to follow its progress using Fastway's tracker. 

Please note that because we're a small business and as such make use of a third party courier service, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates on any orders nor can you choose specific delivery dates.

Fastway couriers generally do not call you before attempting the delivery so it is up to you to track your package to see if it is out for delivery.

FOR PAXI DELIVERIES: Orders will normally be ready for collection at your nominated Paxi Point 7 to 10 working days after they are dispatched. You will receive a email notification when your package is ready for collection with the Paxi Pin you will need to collect the package.

Can I have my package sent by overnight delivery?
Due to lockdown restrictions, we are not able to offer overnight or express delivery at this time. 

Can I collect my package?
We are an online only store and we're unfortunately not set up for collections. 

Where is my package coming from? 
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Stellenbosch. 

Where do you ship orders to? 
Orders can be sent to any address in South Africa. We do not offer overseas shipping at present.
