Heated neck wrap

Great buy! I have a titanium neck, so I feel the cold on my neck quicker than others, this neck wrap is just perfect to heat up quickly on a painful day. I doubt I will ever use the cooling option, but the heat retention is fantastic.

This product is super cozy and comfortable. Additionally, the lavender scent is subtle and not overpowering which I really like. However, the part of this wrap that is supposed to cover the nape flops down when it’s used in an upright seated position. I therefore, would like to suggest to the manufacturers, that in future designs they should consider making that part of the wrap more rigid. Nevertheless, I would still highly recommend this product.

Bought this as a gift and the reciver was very happy with it, they had been wanting this for a while and were very happy to get it.
