I first got this as a Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law. She often works late at night, and in winter, sitting in front of a computer can be torture because your muscles get stiff and sore. She loved it so much that I decided to get one for myself as a birthday present (yes, we are allowed to spoil ourselves!).

I sit for about 8 hours a day, and my shoulders often get sore. This has been a game-changer. It really helps relax my muscles.

As a bonus, I sometimes use it for my son as a weighted shoulder rest. He craves proprioceptive input from time to time, and the weight on his shoulders or lap helps him focus.

Definitely recommend this one.
